Hop Phat new generation color separator uses a 4-way camera to maximize the removal ability for back silk, belly silk and black spots through a 360-degree CCTV camera to help the factory meet the most stringent export standards.
PRODUCT FEATURES
2-layer structure design
The two-layer structure design (2 floors overlap) saves space up to 12m2, combined with the use of 3 auxiliary conveyors, allowing materials to fall gently, reducing the rate of Cashew being broken and stamped.
Remote control
With the function of remote control of the machine by Phone / Tablet, the operator can be completely assured when needing to adjust the machine without standing next to the machine.
6.0 generation camera
Using a 6th generation digital color camera for ultra-accurate telephoto combined with Toshiba chip and cloud technology increases image acquisition and processing, recognizes microscopic errors on particles and distinguishes a variety of colors for better classification.
4-way camera system
The design of 4 symmetrical views at each 360-degree cashew nut observation trough increases identification. Equipped with 36 sets of cameras, each camera sees through 1 special lens to improve the ability to classify small spots, back silk and belly silk in the most effective way.
High productivity and precision
The machine is equipped with ejectors (air guns) specialized in German technology, equipped with 64 guns / chute to increase cargo handling productivity, high processing frequency, small steam nozzle design to help blow accurately and save compressed air, service life up to 5-10 billion times.

The machine can be classified based on color and shape of raw materials (size), helping to completely meet the most stringent export standards.
